The Remember Project

High school students have a rare and unique opportunity to study the Holocaust and other genocides by becoming an ambassador in their school and community through the Remember Project Cohort. For high school students looking for a meaningful and profound community service experience, this cohort is an excellent option to ensure the next generation is committed to Always remembering.

What will the students do throughout the cohort experience? This year’s Remember Project will have the unique opportunity to work together with other teens in the Lowcountry to promote Holocaust education and genocide awareness in their schools and communities.

What is the time commitment and when will students meet? Meetings will occur one Sunday per month from 3-5 PM from October-June in person at the Charleston Jewish Federation Office (176 Croghan Spur, Charleston SC, 29407). Please also be aware that students will have opportunities for service learning and field trips on Sundays throughout the cohort.
